As your committed travel specialist, we will manage your journey from the initial contact until your return, and we are always available to offer guidance and assistance.

Here’s an eight step guide to how it works:

STEP 1: Get Inspired

Get motivated by the travel ideas available on our website. After that, inform us of your desired destination and the feelings you wish to experience. We will attentively listen to comprehend precisely what you seek (as well as what you prefer to avoid). From this point, we will begin crafting your perfect journey while providing unparalleled personal service and meticulous attention to detail.

Once the destination and dates are established, we will connect with our local contacts worldwide to lay the foundational framework of your trip and initiate the planning of a journey that is entirely tailored to you. We will evaluate hotel options to determine which are most suitable for you, establish the pacing and flow (including the number of nights in each location and the sequence of regions), identify essential flight and transfer logistics, and discuss the various attractions and activities available. The outcome will be an initial itinerary that outlines the fundamental structure of your trip and offers an estimated trip cost.

You will receive an initial proposal detailing your travel destinations and accommodations for each night. You are welcome to modify this as much as you wish – or even request something entirely different. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your itinerary.

At this stage, we handle all the intricate bookings for flights, accommodations, and transfers, confirming your trip. We arrange the privately guided experiences and focus on the details that will make your journey exceptional.

Once proposed destination/accomodation/itinerary & activities are agreed by client, 50% (non refundable) Deposit is payable. Final payment is due once the booking process is finalized.

We’re offering a Welcome Pack as standard per each booking. Clients will have the choice between items from Ralph Lauren, Lacoste or Tommy. Also, your travel documents will be sent via secure WeTransfer – then all that is left to do is for you to relax and enjoy your journey. We look forward to hearing all about your experiences afterwards.

You will be cared for by our carefully selected partners and local experts during your travels. Should you require assistance while on the road, we are just a phone call away and fully dedicated to supporting your journey until you return home.

While we have been keeping up with your Instagram posts and admiring the wonderful moments of your trip, we eagerly anticipate discussing your experiences upon your return. We will gather your feedback through phone, email, or in person, as your insights are invaluable in helping us enhance our services and plan even better trips.
